I have already started a few months ago working seriously everyday to lose all these extra pounds. I've had a few setbacks already - some emotional obstacles as well. It is now that I've decided to document my journey to a healthier weight on this blog.
Every Sunday is my weigh in day and I will post my weight then. Every month I will take my measurements and pictures. Along the way I will blog about successes and setbacks. I will use this as kind of a diary of sorts for my own needs. Thanks for reading!
